Krystal Grand Los Cabos, San Jose del Cabo

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the Altitude Ocean Front. On the other hand, the service could be inconsistent, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. While the facilities were okay, more attention to the pool area and dining variety would improve the stay significantly.

Reflect Krystal offered us an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. While the service was exceptional and the resort spotless, we did face issues such as cool hot tubs and some broken tiles in the adult pool. Overall, it was a fantastic week, and we even enjoyed snorkelling at Cabo Pulmo thanks to great suggestions from the staff.
